Contact Center Company (CCC)

A partnership was established between the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Contact Center Company (CCC) to manage the beneficiaries 'requests and reports, as well as provide automatic and direct conversations through the Ministry's online portal, which leads to improving the beneficiaries' experience and facilitating communication with the beneficiaries.
