Overview
The Land Lawsuits Division was established in 2014, and is part of the Directorate of Lands and Survey. The Division is responsible for achieving justice in relation to agricultural land lawsuits.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Studying lawsuits related to agricultural lands;
• Studying title deeds requests; and
• Making judicial pleas to the Sharia and administrative courts.
