H.E. the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman Alfadley, launched Esnad, a unified shared services center designed to streamline the delivery of common services, strengthen integration across the ministry's network of entities, and improve the efficiency, quality and sustainability of services.
The launch marks an organizational and operational step toward developing a unified model for shared services. The Center seeks to integrate capabilities and expertise across participating entities to create greater value and establish a unified operating model that makes better use of available resources.
The new model focuses on unifying efforts and maximizing impact by standardizing practices and procedures, optimizing resource use, improving operational efficiency and service quality, maintaining business continuity, and allowing the model to develop gradually in line with operational needs.
Shared services teams from five entities have joined Esnad: the National Center for Sustainable Agriculture Research and Development, the National Livestock and Fisheries Development Program, the National Water Efficiency and Conservation Center, the National Center for Palms and Dates, and the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center.
The launch of Esnad marks the beginning of a sustainable approach to developing and improving shared services. The center will operate through a unified model aimed at supporting continuous improvement, enhancing the beneficiary experience, and raising the quality and efficiency of services across the wider ecosystem.
