Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from King Saud University. He was appointed as the Minister of Agriculture on 15 January 2015. A Royal Decree was issued in May 2016 to rename the Ministry of Agriculture as the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, which is now responsible for environmental and water sectors. As a result, AlFadley became the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture.
