The Vice Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Eng. Mansour Almushaiti, praised the annual royal address delivered on behalf of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud by Crown Prince and Prime Minister HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the Shura Council.
Almushaiti affirmed that the address underscores the leadership's strategic focus on driving sustainable development, building national capabilities, and channeling resources into high-impact economic and social sectors to safeguard gains for future generations.
The vice minister pointed to key benchmarks highlighted in the address—including Vision 2030 programs reaching 93% of their targets, achieving growth in non-oil exports, and an expanded role for the private sector—as clear proof of Saudi Arabia's successful transformation and economic resilience.
He added that the guidelines set in the address will work as a catalyst for advancing environmental, water, and agricultural sectors by boosting service efficiency, encouraging innovation and investment, and securing resource sustainability across the Kingdom.
