Implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, this program is designed for Saudi male and female graduates of local and international universities. It aims to provide on-the-job training opportunities that help develop their skills and equip them with the practical experience needed to prepare for the labor market.

Eligibility Requirements (HADAF)

The applicant must be a Saudi national.
The applicant must be registered on the HADAF (Human Resources Development Fund) website.
The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a Saudi or international university accredited by the Ministry of Education.
The applicant's prior work experience in the public or private sector must not exceed one calendar year.
The applicant must not be older than 30 years.
The applicant must not be currently employed in the public or private sector.
The applicant must not have fully used their (training balance) under the Graduate Development Product (Tamheer), with no more than two opportunities totaling six months.
The applicant must not be excluded from the Graduate Development Product (Tamheer).

Admission Criteria

No more than three years must have passed since the date of graduation.
A GPA of 4 out of 5, or 3 out of 4.
Passing the personal interview.
