Since its launch, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture electronic portal has placed the confidentiality of its users’ and visitors’ information at the top of its priorities. The portal administration exerts every effort to provide high-quality services to all beneficiaries. The General Directorate of Information Security and the General Directorate of Information Technology at the Ministry have not only implemented the highest internationally recognized security standards, such as obtaining ISO27001 and ISO22301 certifications, but also continuously update security procedures and measures. Among the latest measures implemented and continuously maintained by the Ministry regarding information confidentiality and security are the following:
